What are your opening hours?

The Self Park Open air and Undercover Car Parks are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Are there any vehicle restrictions?

Any normally sized car or 4WD can enter and use the Undercover and Open Air car parks. Both car parks do not cater for oversized vehicles, trucks, buses or caravans/trailers.

Does an online booking allocate a specific parking space?

No, however once you have made a booking a space will be reserved in the car park for you. You may park in any unoccupied bay within the car park unless signage indicates otherwise.

Are there different rates for online bookings?

BAP offers the cheapest parking rates to the customers who book online. Be sure to book your parking online to avoid paying extra.

How close and how far ahead can I book?

Bookings must be made at least 1 hour ahead of arrival time. You can book up to 2 months ahead of your arrival date.

What payment methods are accepted when making online bookings?

We accept both VISA and Mastercard for payment of online bookings.

Is there a booking fee?

A booking fee of $2.00 applies to all online bookings

Can I Amend/Cancel my Online Booking?

Yes, to amend an online booking, please select Manage my Booking. This service enables you to amend, cancel your booking or reprint your confirmation receipt. You may cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time. There is no charge to amend your booking, however, a $5.00 administration fee is charged for all booking cancellations.

How do I enter and exit the car park?

Upon arriving at either the Open Air or Undercover Car Park, please proceed the entrance boom gate. DO NOT take a ticket. Instead, insert the credit card used to make your booking (or the credit card nominated when booking) at the terminal. The boom gate will automatically rise. To exit the car park, please proceed to the exit boom gate. Insert the same credit card at the exit terminal.

When does the Shuttle Buses to the Airport run?

Our shuttle buses operate on demand from 4am to Midnight, seven days a week.

Do you provide a shuttle bus service to the Brisbane Cruise Terminal?

Yes, our shuttle buses service the Brisbane Cruise Terminal on demand on all days that Cruise Ships are docked at Portside Wharf. For further information, please see our Cruise Parking page.

How/where do we wait to catch the shuttle bus at the Airport?

The driver will provide pick-up instructions on arrival at Airport. Comprehensive pick-up instructions including Maps can also be found here.

How What happens if I stay logner than I originally booked for?

The system will automatically work out if any additional parking fees apply to your existing booking and charge you accordingly when you exit the car park.

How can I contact BAP if I need assistance?

Should you require any assistance in the car park, please press the intercom button at the entry or exit boom gates, or visit the office located at the entrance which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
